Who We Are
Julie Griffiths
Background
Attorney Julie Griffiths has practiced in the Flint, Michigan area for over 30 years. She graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in 1984, and received her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1988. Attorney Griffiths is on council for the State Bar of Michigan Family Law Section, an active member of the American Bar Association Family Law Section, and she has presented on mediation and joint petitions for the State of Michigan.

Attorney Griffiths specializes in family law matters. This includes divorce, custody of children, guardian ad litem work, and parenting time.
Mediation
Attorney Griffiths is a trained domestic relations mediator. She handles both pre and post filing family law mediation.
Cara Willing
Background
Cara Willing graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA from Eastern Michigan University in 2014. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2019. Attorney Willing is on the executive board for the State Bar of Michigan Family Law Section, she is the chair of the State Bar of Michigan Family Law Section Educational Outreach, and she is one of the co-authors of the State Bar of Michigan Guardian Ad Litem Handbook that was published in 2025.

Divorce, custody, parenting time, guardian ad litem, abuse and neglect, mental illness court, and guardianships. Attorney Willing is also a trained mediator for family law matters.
